3. Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Festive or Limited Edition or Personalized Items: This includes products with custom DTF prints or any other personalization that was requested during the order process.
• Sale and Discounted Items: Items purchased on sale or during special promotions are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
